100,000+ Invitations to Playstation Home ...

Back on the official SCEE forums, Home community manager TedTheDog writes:

''Today, Friday 21st, over a hundred thousand invitations will be sent across the SCEE region and next Thursday the 27th another larger batch of invitations will be sent.

If you are lucky enough to get an invitation then please note there will be load test event on each of the two evenings.

Isn't that during Thanksgiving? That seems odd... I'll be checking my email for sure.
So... it's still not coming out this year? Oh well... guess you can have fun with the 100k some odd people or however many there are. Just a shame you and your friends may not both have it, nor are the features fully implemented nor is the thing even out for the public to use and it's potential to be visible and realized...

I think they'll keep adding 100k users every week or a few days until everyone has it. Its the release beta (v1.00) and they've added alot of new features and mostly everything is there (besides video sharing which may come sometime in the future).

I got in.. I didn't even remebere I signed up.. I stopped caring along the way, but I suppose its worth to give it a try. There isn't anything to lose.
