FanBoys are so Hypocritical

FanBoys, regardless of the system they own, cannot simply look at the facts and stop making excuses about their system doing poorly, and use terrible reasoning to make an other systems accomplishments seem like there not accomplishments at all. My prime example is in regards to LBP.....its a very innovative game and i bet its a blast to play solo or with friends, however it hasnt sold nearly as well as Sony, or the fanboys on this site said it would. There reasoning? The economy is doing so poorly that people arent going out and buying games. Ive seen this type of post on these forums a couple of times. They fail to notice that games like COD5 are selling like crazy, i read somewhere, almost 2-1 of what COD4 sold. so i dont believe that you can blame the economy for the poor sales of LBP, i believe that it has more to do with the fact that there is such a small minority of players who know what LBP is, what its all about, and they are fans of the genre.FanBoys are so Hypocritical

There were far better things to point out than LBP.For one thing,CODWAW is a multi-plat,while LBP is a PS3 exclusive.Of course COD is going to sell better.I'm not even going to mention the fact that it's a shooter,the best-selling genre,and is a sequel in a well-established series,unlike LBP.Oops.
ya i agree. its so annoying arguing with faboys they seem to always have an excuse.
i am not saying that LBP should have sold nearly as many games as COD, But you cant say that b/c its multiplat, it means that owners of systems, including the ps3 are buying games, that would be contradictory to what Sony said. Ps3 owners are buying games, just not LBP, and i mentioned that this is due to the genre also..... in terms of sales, i just think that Sony aimed a little to high and didnt take into affect the genre that LBP is, and the market that there currently is for games like that
