PS3- SHocker that the most expensive console isn't selling out



360- looks like 199 worked for Microsoft....for now



Wii- OMG NO WAY the wii is going to be a sellout this holiday, and Nintendo won't be able to meet demand...NO FUDGING WAY...



seriousaly all of this is kind of a given IMO.
I'm not suprised.
my thoughts are that the PS3 doesn't sell that well - and coupled with a high price and the current economic situation that surplus might get larger and larger.

add to that the cheaper bluray players out there - which is one of the only reasons the PS3 was selling so well (just look at game sales) - and it's no mystery why it'll be in surplus
Just to clarify the article he said the Xbox 360 Arcade might sell out, he didn't say anything about the other versions which I'm assuming will be in the same situation as the PS3.
It's hard to imagine them selling out of Wii's too, my Bestbuy close to my house has to have at least 200 of them. They have a whole rack filled with them and a mountain sitting in the middle of one of the aisles. If they sell out and every store is like that it's officially game over for MS and Sony this gen.

Sony is gonna feel a huge b-slap from Nintendo/Microsoft after this holiday season is over ESPECIALLY on Black Friday.

Who would have known :P. If the PS3 sells well this holiday it would be a pleasant surprise for Sony. If not, then it would be what everyone pretty much expected.



It's odd though... the PS3 has been selling rather well worldwide this entire year if I'm not mistaken. NA is another story...
