Some of my most fond memories of gaming were back in Germany walking to the Bowling Alley to play the Arcade version of Street Fighter II. I couldnt pull off fireballs until it was released on the Sega Genesis and me and my friend practiced for hours building up callouses on our thumbs but the joy of being able to finally pull it off regularly was unmatched. Then I got older and my friends didnt wanna play fighting games with me because they would lose so I had to throw matches to not piss them off to the point of quiting. And eventually you get older and people cant drop by to play as often with other responsibilities so I was stuck playing the easy computer. Eventually I just gave up on most fighting games altogether, until SC4 came around with solid online and classic Namco fighting mechanics this game easily rekindled my love of fighting games. Has anyone else found their joy of fighting games come back now that we arent restrained to our living room.Has standard online rekindled your love ...
actually yes it has, i just hope RARE releases a killer instinct 3 then i'll trully be happy :DHas standard online rekindled your love ...
I've always loved fighting games. but online probably not so much for me. Maybe. I still think that fighters are best when you can ****talk right next to the guy yelling obsineties about his mother, phyically knock the controller out the others hand, drink, go out afterwards, etc . I just think when poeple or a person is thier, it makes it so much more fun.
