Sorry if this has been done recently, wondering which game SW thinks is Multiplayer Shooter of the Year. gears 2. horde can get pretty intense and it's really fun yelling ''don't be a hero'' to teammates.
Resistance 2 has the most robust multiplayer and co-op, so I'm goin w/ that.

gears 2 is far from the forefront for any competitive FPS fan. From a fun factor standpoint it goes to L4D by a LARGE margin.
Left 4 Dead hands down. Anyone who says otherwise is wrong.
Horde mode alone beats any mode the others offer. Most intense game mode ever even on normal difficulty, even crazier on hardcore/insane. None of the other games can match the necessary teamwork and skill to complete horde.
Resistance 2 online coop takes the cake. After that probably Left4Dead online coop. Followed by Gears online. They are the only ones that should relly be in the running
How Can I vote when left 4 dead isn't on here?

[/QUOTE] I disagree, R2's co-op needs teamwork as well, but I can't really compare to Gears 2 because I haven't played it yet.

The classes are essential for teamwork in R2 coop, else you can't do anything. Its why its tops IMO

I am surprised someone voted for MGO because I thought it was passable and that is it.
Gears2I have fun playing all the game modes on it, Horde mode being the best.
