Should be an interesting week in Japan for the 360 vs PS3.
Those are really good numbers for the Last Remnant. That is like 1 out of every 10 Xbox 360 owners picked up a copy of the game on its first day of release. Chrono Trigger outsold TLR 2:1 but there are over 20 million DS systems that have been sold in Japan. Either way I am so glad I have both of these systems.:)
So we basically see the top 3 being those 3. The software sales in Japan have been looking more and more healthy. This is a good sign :)
I wonder how WKC will do in japan if the last remnant is doing this good.

Given Level 5's history in Japan with games like Dark Cloud, Dark Cloud 2, Inzuma 11, Professor Layton, and Rouge Galaxy and not to mention PS3 has a bigger userbase in Japan.
White Knight is gonna sell like crazy.
That'll lead into next year, the PS3 Advent Children Complete will REALLY sell like crazy in 2009 especially since ACC includes a FFXIII demo.

It'll sell close to a million overall. Note Overall
Dark Cloud got to a million and it was the first major RPG to release for the PS2 early, early in its lifetime.
The same things happening here. PS3 + Early in lifetime + WKC will hopefully =a million
I'm so glad I have a different selection of games than Japan.
The top 3 games proving a few things.
1.the japanese will buy any thing with gundam in it or giant robots for that matter.
2.as long as you rebrand something it will sell *CTDS*
P.S: CTDS will sell in america as well though it doesn't deserve it, its pure milkage in the least.

Some people actaully want to play CT on the go tbh. That was really a great move on S-E part and the market that is growing in Japan and the U.S.. Plus its already been released on consoles. I think it definily deseveres to sell well, for the new genrations of gamers and the old. Not everyone got to expreince the game you know
Right now I wish I had me some CT. I've been sitting in this computer lab for like 3 to 4 hours and that after I've finished my hw and readings. This is torture.
I see why Japan loves handhelds sooo god darn much. jeez
Good Last Remnant, lets see if it can sell at least 100k first week
