Sorry if old, review isnt up, but the score is, im assuming same review as 360 then (feel free to lock if old :P)Left 4 Dead PC (8.5)

By now they should realize that the new review system changed that. Things aren't really as they used to be, PC's standards are essentially the same as console's although PC still has a higher standard held to it for graphic fidelity and optimization (since you need to optimize for more than one setup on the PC). Those two things aren't enough to really change the score by a whole 0.5 in most instances.
Ehh just Gamespot being Gamespot. The greatest multiplayer game of the year gets an 8.5 no suprise... Good job Gamespot, you continue to out do yourself...

yes we expect the score to be higher because it is usualy a lot better. like there is going to be a mod with tf2 map on it. i don't see that on 360. i'm going to buy the pc version some time later. i have it for 360 i think it is still good.

Gamespot seems to be having trouble keeping up with reviews as it is, I guess they just decided to skip the PC version instead of reviewing it properly.

Is that why Mass Effect for the PC with more content, better graphics, fixes for framerate, and no pop-up still received the same score as the 360 version?

The mods that are already being made should boost hte pc score to 9 imo.
Also the ability to have better sound, graphics and your choice of controllers (keyboard and mouse or controller).

Can't blame them with all the multiplatting. For every game coming out they have to review like 2 or 3 versions, and they are a little short on people.
