neitherMiis or avatars?
Right now it feels like you can do more with your Mii person.
Miivatars ....WAIT WHAT !?!?!
I prefer the Home Avatars out of the 3.
Don't know about Mii's, but Avatars seem pointless to me and not necessary at all.
i was disappointed by how similar the two are
avatar's are a bit better because there's more customisation .. clothing mainly
I think the avatars are probably better as you can express yourself with them more. Miis are fairly basic.
Being one of the first ''Master Mii Artisans'' myself, I would have to say miis are WAY better than avatars. Not only were Nintendo the pioneers for making gaming avatars, but they made them a lot more fun and open to far more possibilities. Just take a look for yourself at some of the creations I was able to invent using the mii editor: If that wasn't enough, take a gander at my most prized creation, and one that could never be done on the 360 avatar system: So yeah, from a creative standpoint, Miis are way better.
this is the reason why I like Miis better. There so much more you can do with their face. I have spent a lot of time myself on a few to design them. Though I am no wheres near his level.
Avatars for me, the customization is better.
Probably avatars, although you can do more with the Wii's face, the avatars have clothes customization too. And probably because I'm just a 360 fanboy =(
the checkmiiout channel shows me stuff i would have never dreamed about and even better the wiis lineup has many games that actually utilizes them
Mii's are better for me, but I dont own a 360 so dont know haw the whole avatar thing is.
I like Avatars a tad bit more. I just wish MS hadnt made the artistic choice for the avatars so close to Miis. They look like a direct rip-off now :?
Avatars feel pretty goofy. I wish they didn't look so much like the Mii's as well.
I like Mii's because they are short, sweet, simple, and get the job done. I actually think their limitations in graphics is a strength. When things like avatars in general get too detailed, they lose their charm. But that is just my preference.
neither
with miis and avatars no one wins

Even at their most basic I still like the mii's; though their appearance in nearly every game now is starting to wein, it is still quite nice to play wii baseball with a downloaded master chief mii, spiderman, myself and all the other typical sterotypes.
