What was the last good -console- sonic game? (I like the handheld sonic games though :P)

i'm not surpriced on that, i wasn't expecting this game to be good.
I'll wait for the Wii version since it's not the same as PS3/360 versions.
Seriously.....people need to learn this already. Even though this game almost skipped the yellow one for some reason, even though it looked horrible, it still had hopes.

From what I ahve heard, at least from IGN, the game is decent but the werehog brings it down so much

Well at least its not a BAD game unlike SONIC06. And also, the daytime levels are great, so theres something there for the gans

Seriously Sega? This was your big chance to revive Sonic, you screwed up again. Simply by using up the main name Sonic the Hedgehog for the worst possible game ever Sonic the hedgehog for the XBOX360 and PS3. Now Sonic Unleashed. You blew it again. You should just give up being developers cause you suck. Or atleast lay sonic to rest before you embarras yourselves any further.
They just need to stick to 2D like Mega Man and Castlevania. They still don't understand that nobody cares about new characters like chirp, shadow, silver, etc.

Well atleast keep shadow I'll admit he makes it abit more dark or bring in scourge that might be cool too, actually they should try making knothole from the comics and bring some of those charcter's in like Sally, Bunnie, Antoine, etc. I like sonic way too much -_- . But Silver technically shouldn't come back if you pay attention to Sonic The Hedgehog the game never existed people who beat the game will understand.

Why don't they just go back to the sonic adventure formula...
